Description

I added the methods 'set_cookie_manager' and 'get_cookie_manager' to manipulate the cookie_manager directly and not only via the cookie store file. If a cookie manager is assigned with 'set_cookie_manager', it cannot be overridden with 'set_cookie_store' unless it is unassigned with 'set_cookie_store(nil)'. This is to avoid accidently overriding the cookie_store by other modules (in my case soap4r).

(In [107]) allow to set cookie_manager. raise an error when set_cookie_store called and cookie_store has already been set. closes #20.
