WSDLEncodedRegistry#soap2obj should refer WSDL definition as well as obj2soap

Now soap2obj maps anything even if the soap object is not defined in WSDL.

(In [1515]) let WSDLEncodedRegistry#soap2obj map SOAP/OM to Ruby according to WSDL as well as obj2soap. closes #70.
